About Jeanna Roach:
Jeanna Roach, CEO of Betenbough Companies, PBC Jeanna Roach grew up in Wichita Falls, Texas, before graduating from Texas Tech University and launching her public relations and marketing career. In 2006, she joined Betenbough Homes, where she has held various leadership roles, bringing a strategic focus to sales and marketing. In December 2023, Jeanna was appointed CEO of Betenbough Companies by its late founder, Rick Betenbough. As CEO, she leads the Board of Directors and drives initiatives that align with the company’s purpose: to reveal God and His Kingdom through its work in the marketplace. This includes five thriving companies in various industries and a team of more than 400 members focused on providing value and unmatched service to their communities, customers, and partners. Passionate about sharing the Betenbough Companies’ testimony of inviting God to lead in every area of the business, Jeanna dedicates much of her time to meeting and inspiring other business leaders and owners to integrate faith into their work. A champion of the company’s culture and purpose, she defends and nurtures it daily. Jeanna and her husband, Andrew, have three children—Olivia, Liam, and Collin. Together, they enjoy traveling, shooting hoops, and watching volleyball.
