Event Description:
The Game Changer Ball is Lubbock Game Changers’ signature fundraising event, bringing together business leaders, athletes, educators, families, and community partners for an inspiring evening in support of youth development through sport.
The program features live conversations with nationally recognized sports figures Sheryl Swoopes (Lady Raider and WNBA legend), Spud Webb (NBA Icon), and Amanda Dowdy (Lady Raider and USA Volleyball / Texas Tech Hall of Fame), along with the presentation of Game Changer Scholarships to graduating local student-athletes.
Proceeds from the event support youth scholarships, leadership programming, and the continued development of The HUB Youth Sports & Event Center, a transformational community project designed to expand access, opportunity, and economic impact through youth sports in Lubbock.
