Globe Life Family Heritage Division is expanding in West Texas, and we’re seeking B2B Sales Professionals who want more than just a job. What You’ll Do
- Partner with local businesses to provide voluntary supplemental insurance that protects employees and their families
- Conduct professional B2B meetings and presentations with business owners and decision-makers
- Build long-term relationships based on trust, education, and value
- Work independently or alongside a supportive, high-performing team
- Grow your own book of business while contributing to a larger mission
Compensation & Benefits
- Full commission role with bonus opportunities
- Expected annual income: $60,000–$80,000
- Flexible schedule and true autonomy

- No license required to start — we assist you in obtaining your insurance license
