Job Summary

We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business, building lasting client relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet individual and commercial needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives
• Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, etc.)
• Present quotes, explain coverage options, and close sales
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
• Stay current on industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance sales or related field preferred
• Active insurance license (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health) or willingness to obtain
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset
• Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools a plus

Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
